These ranges are based on 250+ completed projects. Your actual quote depends on your specific requirements — most projects fall in the middle of the range. We provide a detailed, fixed-price quote after understanding your needs.
We could be cheaper — but then we'd use inexperienced developers, skip quality assurance, and provide no post-launch support. Our clients choose quality over cheap. Our 98% client retention rate and zero project failures speak for themselves.
Tell us your budget in the quote form. We'll either create a solution that fits, suggest a phased approach (build in stages), or be honest if it's not feasible. We'd rather be upfront than overpromise.
Fixed-price projects stay fixed. If scope changes arise, they require your written approval with new pricing before any additional work begins. No surprises.
Yes. Standard projects follow a 30/40/30 split (kickoff, mid-project, delivery). For projects over KES 500K, we offer flexible monthly installments during development — no interest charges.
We offer 15–25% bundle discounts when combining services, referral bonuses, startup-friendly rates for early-stage businesses, and case-by-case NGO/education pricing. We don't discount quality work below its value.
Domain registration (~KES 1,500/year), hosting fees (paid to provider), third-party service fees (M-Pesa, SMS APIs), content creation (photos, copywriting), and ongoing maintenance (optional add-on). Everything else — project management, testing, training, 30-day support — is included.
Timelines vary: a basic website takes 2–3 weeks, a business website 4–6 weeks, custom software 8–16 weeks, and mobile apps 8–24 weeks. Rush timelines are available at an additional cost.
